    All clamps are not created equal. Oetiker makes great clamps, they tend to be narrower and more clamping power, though have a narrower diameter adjustment range. I do not have a kit yet, so cannot advise to size, but can suggest AircraftSpruce.com for good pricing and service oriented supplier. This clamp is the best I have found, but even for common screw clamps, at this vendor you find the higher quality ones. Oetiker also has other styles.

    Another clamp that i like is the Norma TORRO, these are embossed worm drive. I like that these are narrow with beveled edges, for more clamping pressure. Was not sure where to get these (previously only seen as OEM parts), but came right up at BelMetric.com I have no experience with this seller.

    @OVTune

    Replaced the gasket, everything's sealed up. No longer hearing helicopter rotors with my ears nor with my stetho contraption. Sounds smooth, identical to driver side. Has been idling well.

    Took an idle log and I'm about to take a drive log, will do a couple pulls too, would really appreciate it if you have any spare time to review and confirm that I'm g2g and ready for the map update.

    Thanks. Logs sent just now.

    Pulls were way smoother and stronger now than with the leak, I guess I hadn't realized how much of a difference it made.

    Oh yeah :thumbsup:

    Putting miles on it just driving aimlessly around the city to try to see if it'll pop any codes or not, although I don't expect it too. Mainly I guess to see if my o2 sensor code returns, which means I'll need to look again at that downpipe connection since I have had the cel for weeks now

    That leak prevented accurate AFR readings on that bank. Which then turns into the system trying to compensate as best it can. Causing poorer performance.

    Lol never.

    Don't care about them.

    Honestly I haven't even launched my truck with the turbos once because one, I haven't cared to, and two, idk if my clutch would chuck dueces lol

    Yup this is true! This is also true with boost leaks.

    Oil change in progress. Oil was black. I'm currently roughly 3300mi or so on the turbos. Probably should change the oil every 3k from here on out then?

    color doesn't mean much. 5k miles if synthetic is fine

    new tunes will be distributed this week.

    You should send a sample out. Curious what the results would be. About 30$

    Blackstone. I do it for my outboards all the time, never have my truck though. I would but I wouldn’t have a baseline.

    Sending a sample out on the very first oil from the kit being installed would yield a flawed result. There is very likely to be excess of many things due to all the new components installed. Just like when you check on a brand new engine there is excess metal
