Let's try this... HD version still downloading. Phone cam video is all over the place but it's the "squeak" I'm trying to capture.

I’m no expert but does not sound like leafs. Maybe radiator mount bushing...
@Superhulk LB, what did your squeak end up being?

I'm in Beaverton. Didn't you deal with a squeak too?

I was also hoping to increase the lift up front a bit but I'm not sure what the max preload is for these. Does Ironman list a max preload setting?

Definitely not the leaf springs. It's from the front. Good idea to check the radiator mounts. I'm suspicious it's suspension given that it gets quiet when everything gets wet and "lubed".

Maybe take a can of fluid film with you on your next trip and each time you stop pick one thing to spray. Maybe you can isolate it that way.

I had a very obnoxious squeak. Not gone, but improved enough I can live with it. It was the rubber bushing/grommet on top of the strut tower. I had to loosen the top hat bolt and apply a heavy amount of sly lube beneath and above the bushing.

I’ve not had any squeaks or creaks with mine. That said, I only have 3-4K miles on my kit.

What lube did you use for the front and rear bushings on the leaf spring/uca? I guess this is more of a question for everyone. Gonna call Ironman tomorrow about the status of my order and want to make sure I have it before installation.

For the leafs I coated in Woolwax as part of winter prep. For the shackles and bushings I used Lucas Red and Tacky grease. My SPC uppers used some valvoline palladium 3% moly but that’s in the zerk.
Besides the leaf shackles I didn’t use grease anywhere else. I did spray a lot of metal with the Woolwax though. Not sure if I hit a potential problem area with that.

    Nobody’s going to ask huh?

Fine since you’re all twisting my arm, I have an Ironman 4x4 kit as well. The Nitro Gas instead of the FCP but potato potato.
My glorious creaks and squeaks, as far as I have been able to deduce, are from my Whiteline LCA bushes and not the Ironman kit.

Reading through this though I suspect there could be other problem spots as well.

I have a tub of Formula 5 from ES to coat them with when I pull my cam bolts.

I thought it looked like you had those silver UCA and green coils.

The body mounts and radiator mounts are known to squeak, but the body mounts not so much on new new trucks. Though I have seen more people replace the radiator mounts. Some are the sway bar as well.

Mine creaks like that when I turn the steering wheel, rolling or parked.
I’ll check my sway bar and body/radiator mounts too just to see.

I’m thinking about swapping the green coils for some Dobinson’s teals with a lower spring rate. Smoother ride that way and it’ll reduce that NC Bro rake I accidentally got.

So... after moving about 400lbs of stuff yesterday, my truck now has a noticeable squeak. I don’t think it’s the leaves as it only makes the noise after momentum shifts from pressing the brake or letting off of it. I did respray the leaf packs today and will drive around some later. Bouncing on the bed/shaking does not reproduce the sound. Definitely sounds like it’s from the back. Nothing looks loose but I’ll tq things later anyway and check that the spare tire didn’t come loose. Any other thoughts?

Bushings? Damn. And I just received my kit on Wednesday. Haven't opened the box yet but I'm surprise such a small box can fit both front/rear shocks + UCA + coils + bushings + u bolts. I assume my stage 2 kit comes with all of those besides the top plate, right? Lol

EDIT: What my reply meant to say in regards to your post is I hope mine doesn't start creaking and moaning hahah
