impressive for sure, he didn’t get rattled after Lightening scored what, 52 seconds into the first period? And that was the only Lightning score for the rest of the game.

 

Honestly the Panthers are the better team, it's just that the Lightning pulled a Blackhawks 2.0 and hid their superstar on the IR until game one. That rule is definitely going to change if the Lightning win. Otherwise it makes sense for Tavares to just fall down a set of stairs in August so we can sign or trade for a couple of 5 million dollar players. He just has to "heal" in time for April lol.
