    Mornin' Stockers :pccoffee:

Rained most of the day yesterday so I gotta wait a bit to let the grass dry out. Might torment the town and take the Talon out for a small rip to keep the battery up

Need to find a shop to do the transmission pan on the Jeep. It's rotted and leaking, no surprise as it's an upstate NY truck. It's a 42RE but doesn't have a dipstick. I could always get one, but honestly I don't feel like dicking with it as you gotta measure it at certain temp, etc, etc. That and getting my fat ass under there, nah, nope. Got other things to do on my upcoming vacation.

I lived! Found my way back to the airport and had to land with a 90 degree 14kt cross due to the runway I needed being shut down. So tired of x wind landings. But the view was nice.

So jealous. doesn't look like this will happen in my lifetime. It must be amazing to be up, piloting a small aircraft on the (any) coast.

Eventually you won’t care about crosswind landings.

Im that way in the hang glider just like ‘welp this is me now’ and self preservation kicks in. I only have maybe 10-15 solo landings so far in the 172 so I def need more practice.

They are never the same but inputs will get more instinctive and you will just react.
    Course you know that..
