I didn't get a response yesterday. I'll try again today.

At this point, we've determined a code. He was supposed to look at the different models and see how much discount he can offer on each one. I asked for 25% or more. I have not yet received the list of what models will get a higher discount and the code is not active. I'm only waiting on a discount list and the code to go live.

I know they are busy, so I'm trying to be respectful of time, but I'm also a little annoyed that we aren't live yet.

Here's the thing though - Dometic is having a 20% off Memorial Day sale so Iceco is going to lose a lot of people on the fence if they don't do something more than their normal sale. Just my 2¢.

I saw that thread with the extra 5% on top of the 20%. Very tempting.

Read some reviews on the iceco website that customer service is horrible. Like they aren’t even responding to warranty issues.

I may also bite the bullet on a Dometic given the 25% off. Pay once, cry once reputation.

 

Hey brother, i tried messaging you on Mud to no avail.I did not realize you were doing this GB here and scheduled ours for mud at around the same time. Turns out they are having supply issues and the containers that came in were severely shorted, and because of that they did not have enough stock to honor the group discounts they promised. First day of our GB was a mess and many people referenced this thread and how IceCo went ghost on TW, and that it was likely happening to the mud GB as well.

Anyways, it's been a messy couple weeks but we were able to work things out and salvage what we could out of the situation. Sorry this happened and i can assure you it wasn't anyone's intentions (i'm glad i didn't jump to conclusions myself). Anyways, all the drama is there on mud if you're bored bud.

As for the TW members that Taco was trying to take care of, you are welcome to share the deal that we were able to still keep (most of the GB deals had to be cancelled once they realized how short the supply was). Just search for "mud" on their site this week to see deals for mud forum members. I am sure you will be happy with the deals. I also have a limited-use coupon that will give 20% off to everything, but i can only give that out in a private message on mud. Sale will end about 1 week from now.
