Installed new bedside wheel well brackets for the topside. The tapped holes are for the liners. I still need to make some brackets for the front of the wells.

I actually broke the one that came with the kit. I ordered the adjustable long version from Bob's Mirrors and it fit fine

Very nice, that’s a great idea. Good, clean look to it as well. Hopefully that eliminates a lot of the shake. I’ve just grown use to it. Mine only shakes around at the portion in front of the rear wheel.

Cleaned up the Dakar’s and finally got around to installing the Archive U-Bolt flip kit with super bumps. Will probably end up trimming the u bolts down here soon but planning on a new leaf pack and want to make sure I won’t have to buy another set of u bolts as well.

I have had three different vehicles that have had leaks at oil coolers like this that I've had to fix, definitely recognized that style of o-ring. Easy repairs, but you would think auto manufacturers would get a better handle on the design of oil cooler sealing considering how often this seems to happen (for me at least).

Easy to fix if you know it’s there. I thought it was all one piece. It’s not like I thought one day while changing the oil I decided gee I wonder what happens when I pull this bolt out that the filter screws on to.

Added another cam. Definitely a better view of the bed and surroundings behind me. Also threw on a new third brake light.

Spent a lot of time cutting, grinding and welding but finally have my rear setup the way I want. Shout out to my buddy Brenton for his help.

Removed the BAMF rear shock mount and replaced with a tube setup.

side note- the bed is not as light as I thought it would be.

Any reasoning behind changing from the BAMF mount? Just curious as I've got the same ones.

Just to preface, I think BAMF makes quality products at extremely affordable prices.

I have had them on for going on 2 years now and ever since the initial install I had been getting a “clunk” sound any time I’d articulate or even go over a speed bump. This could be attributed to the way we welded them on so I’m not blaming the mount for that.

Aside from the irritation from the sound, I wanted to take full advantage of my shock extended and collapsed lengths. This time around I cycled the suspension to find the sweet spot for the total chaos lower shock mounts and the higher chock placement of the new hoops.

This mount is also a bit stronger being as though it attaches to the bed via the bolts on the flat top plate.

And finally, IMO it just looks better.

Did you make those shock hoops or are they an aftermarket option? Looks really good, i like the top plate for a place to tie in a bed cage as well

Unfortunately they are one-off’s. I believe there are a few aftermarket choices similar to these, but they are pretty steep as far as price is concerned.

yea I plan to incorporate either a bed cage, or tie in a mount for my spare tire/jack.

Thanks. Yeah that front part of the rear well is really flimsy. I don’t recall how stable it was before I cut everything; and my modified bracket for that isn’t helping much. Hopefully I can come up with something better tonight.
