I never got tracking when I was told I would this last week. I’m sure they’re just busy by the look of things. I was told my tent is there and that’s all that matters.

 

I didn’t either but when I re-read the email it said “by the end of next week” and it was sent on a saturday so I’m thinking they might’ve meant end of this coming week?

Mine doesn’t update. Just says pending delivery date and at customer pickup in Phoenix haha

 

Mine updated today, my guess is that Fed Ex picked up some today.

 

I'm in the same boat. It sounds like FedEx is picking them up in batches. Glad to hear you got a delivery date @Spare Parts . Patiently waiting on mine. I wanted to get out for at least a night this weekend if I got it in time but that doesn't look like it's going to happen at this point.

 

We are supposed to schedule a pickup at our local fedex hub right?

What can you tell us about typical delivery? Is it delivered to my house or do I need to schedule a pick up with carrier?

 

Looks like Fed Ex or carrier will call you. It’s 75 bucks to get lift gate delivery.

I always went and grabbed it from the shipping terminal. Unless I had access to a forklift at work.

I suggest the terminal because if it gets damaged during shipping you can not accept it and that whole claim damage process can start.

And FYI
As much as it sucks to hear. DON’T accept your product if it is damaged during shipment. If the product is damaged when you get it, it did NOT get shipped to you that way and the shipper damaged it. The product will need to be not accepted so DA can get the claim going and send you out an undamaged tent.

freight drives me nuts. my history is 8/10 times boxes come with cringing outside damage and luckily for me, I think only about 1 or 2 times upon opening, there was damage I would not accept. There have been a number of times where there was minor damage I would resolve/fix myself vs the process of returning freight.

All of the inspection is done with plenty of pictures before signing anything and video as I open stuff. Helps for when you need to make claims.
