You have a link to the IG posts? Curious about more info. Would make a good ranch beat around truck for someone around here depending on just how much it would need, or possibly pull the parts and put on a cleaner truck to flip

They sell mine trucks around here every now and then from the big platinum mine. Same sort of deal. I can't remember why but they have a good reason for only using diesel down there. They are always pretty trashed.

anyone ever deal with a dog that is terrified of thunder? Ollie is getting worse and worse.

I just bought a "thunder jacket" to see if it would help. He's so bad now that if it just get cloudy basically and cools off or smells a bit like rain he freaks out.

@Blackdawg I had a Thundershirt for a one of my dogs (actually my most favorite one) it worked well until the second summer when she figured out that that when 'her' shirt came out the thunder and lightening wasn't far behind. When she was older and her hearing had diminish to virtually being totally deaf she couldn't hear the thunder but sure saw the flash. Same reaction.

I usually don't do much make sure he's comfortable where ever he goes and half the time turn on tv with Looney toons or something to distract him. Usually helps.

Interesting well good to know. Will see how it works out I guess

Think vets have mild sedatives you can give a pet for calming them during thunder storms. Friends mom uses them on the 4th of July for the fireworks.

true. Be quite the contrast. In the rocks though the fat tires are worth it.

Yeah I've seen some of that. Just hesitant to use it as I'd have to a lot. We get a lot of thunderstorms here, the classic short burst ones and multiple ones a day can happen type things.

Ya see I keep a real loose grip on the wheel, because I figure it’ll wobble back and for enough the lefts and rights will even out and it’ll go straight

Welllll the MR2 has always had issues with idle. Idle is partially set based on coolant temps. MR2's are also often difficult to get bled, so any air in the system can mess up the idle. I knew i was losing coolant somewhere as idle would go from~1k to 2k to surging which is all signs of air in the system. But it was always dry under the car after parking it so figured it was a small leak.

So went and picked up a fancy Radiator pressure tester hoping it was something simple. Got the system to 10 PSI and it was definitely a slow leak (like a psi a minute loss). And didnt see anything. Bumped it up to 15psi and it would instantly drop to the 10psi.

I found the leak at least. Not 100% where exactly its leaking from but its running down the firewall under the carpet. So Im betting its the heater core. But spent time cleaning up the mess and left it to dry out and went and had beer with the wife leaving this for tomorrow (well today now)

Could always be worse. When you dont see any drips or anything the mind starts going towards the parts you DONT want to deal with (block of head) and luckily the interior is simple to pull apart

Be interesting to try. I've never had issues with the current them though
