    Picked up a nice Gamo Whisper in .22 for some backyard practice and have been pleasantly surprised after putting a UTG 4X scope on it. A few nice surprises as I put it through it's paces: 1. Groups started off pretty shaky but tightened up nicely the more I shot, 2. it really likes the cheap Crosman hollow point pellets, and 3. it got noticeably quieter after the first 50 or so pellets.

    Fun little rifle that doesn't have me adding up how much it cost to shoot every time I pull the trigger!

    I've been pleased to see primers back on some shelves! Still a far ways off of the .03/per they were going for (paid .18/per), but at this point, I'm just happy to have the chance to buy some...
