Whoah! In that photo the color difference is virtually indistinguishable.

I know right!? But in person the cactus color is a lot more washed out/ grayish. LR is hard to capture in photos

    ^this

I was at a gas station pump and a new cactus grey Bronco sport took the other side of the pump I was on. Similar in color, but I felt like LR was way more vivid when side by side. Either way, pictures don’t do these colors justice.

Going to get mine in St Louis on Friday. Got lucky and found it on the lot. They sold it at msrp which is very hard to find.

    Fun story....

Yesterday I was at the VA sitting in the waiting room, and a big burly dude with a Purple Heart pin on his jacket comes in and say "Who's green Tacoma is that outside!?!"

Thinking I parked in the wrong place or something, I identify myself, but the big dude goes on "That is the sickest looking Tacoma I've ever seen! I have a Cement Pro and I love it. I also noticed you have a manual! Good man! I'm guessing you were Army? Marines can't figure them out and Air Force and Navy is too lazy to be bothered. Amiright!?" followed by a big belly laugh.

So there you have it. Lunar Rock is the Sickest looking Tacoma ever according to what I assume was a retired First Sergeant

It is not, because I wanted JBL and proximity keyless entry (not available on manual), I def know how to drive a stick, my first gen was one in H.S. and that's all I had in Hilux form over in Syria and Afghanistan ;)

Toyota weird like that sometimes. I will say the JBL sucks in my 19 and 20 compared to my 15 and 17.

Wow, done for the year? Do you have a ballpark idea how many M/T Lunar Rocks have been made and/or will be made?

Probably the same reason we don't get proximity and push start button.

    #budgetFTL

Push start button is awesome in swamp ass TX summer. I take my key fob, leave my cars running and go take care of business.

Swamp ass summer for cheap gas is fair exchange.

I miss proximity key. I can deal with putting in a stereo, and I don't mind starting with a key, but when you got your kid, food, coffee, and hands full, nice to use a finger and pull on the handle. First world problems though. Love my LR manual. Auto or manual, it's a sick ride.

    Cool stuff
We don’t get push button because we have “clutch start”

Clutch Start is freaking awesome. Few people understand how it actually works though

All hail clutch start cancel!

The push start button is almost as bad as the push button parking brake…

 pay more for more complexity, achieving reduced functionality and lesser performance…

Older BMW's don't even have clutch in to start "feature" before the "sudden acceleration" BS, so I get the appeal.

However, when it's 100 degrees and 95% humidity, it's nice to have my Focus RS running with AC blasting and me locking the car leaving it running and coming back to an ice cold car.

Just saw the LR color in person for the first time on a RAV4 and it’s a great color! What it looks like in person is kind of what cement looks like in pictures. When I first saw the cement color in person I was kind of disappointed as it was much flatter in the real life than in photos. LR is also flatter in person than in photos but it still has a ton of depth.

What functionality and performance is one missing with the push button start?
