Otherwise that's a solid conversion, dig the floor shifter but they're so impractical for vans... one of the biggest reasons I love vans is the ease of going from the front seat to the back

 

I want to keep building the Tacoma but haven't really had the opportunity to. Garage is still in shambles and other stuff has been higher priority. Honestly I haven't felt like working on much lately and hope that I'll have more energy to when my living situation starts to change. I've been killing my evenings walking the dogs, riding my bike, and watching more TV.

I am still kind of waiting to find out how my work will be impacted. my manager is totally OK with me staying remote full time but that's not corporate policy so we will see if anyone higher in the org makes a deal about it.
