I have to undertake an airbag replacement project with my buddy. We are both mechanically sound but have never replaced airbags before let alone on a Tacoma.

What we are working on: 2016 Toyota Tacoma TRD Offroad

    Damage: Front end collision

    Airbags that have deployed:
    Driverside steering wheel airbag
    Driverside knee airbag
    Driverside seat airbag
    Driverside curtain airbag
    Passenger side curtain airbag
    Passenger side seat airbag

    Our Plan:
Remove seatbelts and send to get refurbished
Remove airbag module and send to get refurbished
Remove/Replace with new the two front airbag sensors at the front bumper
    Remove/Replace both drop-down curtain airbags
    Remove/Replace headliner
Remove/Replace seat airbags and send to an upholster to stitch the seat back together. Install new seat covers over it once done.
Purchase a used driverside steering wheel airbag off ebay and reinstall

I'm just looking for some advice on this project since I didn't really see a write-up regarding this. I plan to do a full write-up with pictures and everything once I have all of the parts. Are there any parts I'm missing? Has anyone done a repair like this, what worked/what didn't? Are there any other sensors that need replaced? New clockspring?

I can't tell by the pic, is that a extended or crew cab? I might be able to track down some parts while at work. It'll be hard to find a shop that has all that parts you need though. You will need a new clock spring since its probably locked or ripped. Front crash sensors most likely. I'm sure you are aware of all the exterior parts needed. Looks pretty costly and might add up quick with the airbags imo.

Yes, crew cab. All the exterior damage has already been fixed, now just digging into the airbag replacement.

Parts list what I was thinking so far:
    two front crash sensors
Driver Steering wheel airbag - Does the clock spring come with a new front airbag?
    Reflash airbag control module
    Repair driverside seatbelt
    Driver and Passenger seat airbags
    Driver knee airbags
    Driverside curtain airbag
    Passenger curtain airbag
    New headliner

Good to hear on the exterior, wonder how that went. The clock spring is separate from the air bag. We do Nissan and Infiniti, and there is a clock spring w/ a steering angle sensor (normally) that sits behind the steering wheel.
