When I had my house built I bought a 30’x60’ roll of turf. Thing was a heifer needless to say. No friends/family where I moved. Thankfully the house next door was being roofed. When they were on break I asked them to help lug that thing to the back yard once I got it cut in half.

It was a Friday and the guys were super pumped when I showed up with a 30 rack of cold Modelo Especial and tipped them $20 each at the end of the day.

 

Much can be accomplished with the appropriate application of cash and cold beer.
