I stepped down to 650# coils and it was a huge improvement. @BamaTaco56 is right, a revalve in addition would be ideal, but you might be surprised how much a lighter coil would help. Or just buy my Kings in a month or two :D

You mean like a RTT, sliders, skids, plate bumpers, snorkel etc? Bet you even have round wheels on your truck. Be original and get some triangles.

Main reason I opted to have custom stuff built as well. Not trade my truck in for a 4x4. Just like to be more unique that’s all. Nothing wrong with it just always been my style.

notice I said too much and didn’t say it couldn’t be done. We are talking about you thinking the ride is too stiff on your current setup, not that you don’t think the shocks are tuned properly at the moment. Those are two different things.

But the shock guys know what they are talking about more than I do.

well first you say the shocks are stiff because they were setup for a V6 and then you say that you have more weight on your truck than a v6 has on their truck.

what are the tecs telling you though? I would like to understand their solution to the issue.

(All of this is real curiosity / attempted advice and not me trying to be rude. Just want to clarify that and don’t want it to come across that way)

Its really only low speed that they are stiffer than i would like, Im really not sure man i just explained to them what i wanted and they said they could do it. Also you know what's different from that and using compression adjusters? Still not opposed to adding those on. I actually like the highspeed ride of the shocks its really the low speed that's just a tad bit stiff off-road. Maybe the rebound is too high? Hard to explain without driving the truck. Ive been riding with it this whole time so really wasn't something i was complaining about, just since its almost time for a rebuild i thought i would look into it.

might benefit from a flutter shim in the compression stack if your coilovers don’t already have one. The rear shocks you had on your truck had one.

I don’t really know the compression adjustment setup that radflo uses, but it could fine tune the low speed some.
