I honestly have no clue, but if I was interested in doing this, I would measure the exhaust pipe diameter near the tip for both trucks. If they are the same, then chances are the tip will work.

Sheesh guys, what the fuck? Dude asks a simple question and gets flamed. Smh. From what I know/can see between them, they should fit. Only way you can find out for sure is trying. Be sure to let us know.

This is a great question and deserves a better answer, but we are the Thursday crew (we’re kinda slow), the guys with the real knowledge typically show up on Friday’s, just check back tomorrow.

No one put down your truck, there are a lot of smart ass answers, but these responses are keeping your thread visible where some one that has the knowledge may see it.

I did not respond like a smartass and my answer didn't provide anything useful, and I got nothing in return for it.:D

    It's better to be a sarcastic smartass:rofl:

    this and that...
i believe the 4runners stock exhaust turns down at the tip, where the tacomas stock exhaust is straight. that by itself might be the difference of it not screwing down properly. toyota does sell an all black oem tip for the taco which is slipped on and screwed down over the oem exhaust. completely different than the trd exhaust black tip which looks way the heck better but its welded on. anyhow, good luck.

Dang, take the tampon out. Just a bunch of dudes razzin you. TW is a bunch of dudes fuckin around. Don't take it personal.

I dont think anyone confirmed but there were alot of good suggestions to make sure its compatible. My guess is your asking about a clamp on exhaust tip. Just measure the outside diameter of your exhaust and get the specs on the exhaust tip. I would just make the length isn't too far sticking out that it sticks out past the wheels. But from what I've see the 4 runner exhaust tips are short and stubby. Was there a specific exhaust tip you were looking at?

Objects may appear larger up close, measure twice, buy once.

A toilet paper roll would work on it. It just wouldn't last long…… :D
