This may be the issue, as soon as I went to the VF site I saw the release last week. Being in Germany I am a little behind on following things at times. Downloading it now to see if that resolves the issue.

You should use a stock truck if possible to eliminate variables. Manual if you have access to one. Gearlock tunes seems to limit engine load to 80% so dynoing the AT’s for full potential may be difficult.

Also, interested to see if your dyno shop does 4th gear or 3rd gear pulls. Think the the standard is 4th gear as it’s 1:1 gearing.

Nope everything is running fine on our end, but I'll double check. Our new server location is much more stable.

    Copy thanks …
Not sure what happened kept getting time out errors then restarted my computer and tried to open VF it said my license information was broken and so I had to re enter all of my key and info . Now it seems to be working on my truck waiting for my client to come back to see if I can register his truck.

this was my first use after going to 2.9.9.901 so maybe somewhere in the update process my license info got scrambled *shrug*

    Actually sorry back step

I purchased more credits and when I hit request in VF that’s when I got the thing that said my license information was broken

EDIT: which forum on VF is the right place to post things like this? I didn’t see a general tech help section

I updated the vf tuner yesterday and had to turn off bitdefender virus detection to allow it to install. I opened vf tuner and it all looked ok. Today the shortcut to vf tuner was missing and I found this: "The file C:\Program Files (x86)\vF Tuner\vF Tuner.exe is infected with Gen:Trojan.Heur.Hype.@B3@aGRw35zO and was moved to quarantine". Before updating I also noticed the old vf tuner shortcut was missing.
Has anyone else had this issue with vf tuner?

Yes...you need to go into bitdefender and manage exceptions and allow it to stay on your computer.

You need to create an exception so your anti-virus won’t look at any files from OVTune or VFTuner. Tell it to ignore folders that hold your tuning files and apps.

    Too right.

Gotta get the thumbs up from the OP, which could be problematic.

I mean if @OVTune puts up a closing post, I'm sure we could find a way to get it locked? ;)
