So I was seriously considering giving this a try until I started digging a bit deeper and found some reviews. The reviews are horrible. People apparently either don’t get the item they purchased or they get an item that is damaged or has a poor paint job. Just figured I would mention this in case anybody was seriously considering it. Reviews were a bit difficult to come by but here is the Yelp review of one of their other sites.

Can't say I'm surprised, hoods have to be a pain and $$$ to ship. I think they are so large they have to be done freight and the nature of thin sheet metal (bent in a very specific shape) makes them easy to damage. I wouldn't have to fight with someone over return shipping if you get it damaged, which seems a good possibility. I think if you want to go with the buying-your-own-and-get-it-painted method, I'd purchase it through a local dealer where they can deal with damage and shipping stuff around/back and if you find any problems you can just return or exchange it locally with them.

Had someone lined up for a swap but haven't heard back in a few days.

Have a 2021 TRD Sport skewp'd hood with ~750mi on it willing to trade for a matching (mint condition) un-skewp'd + $500.

Currently in Cleveland, OH until ~6/10, then driving to Portland, OR; Willing to meet anywhere along the way.

Since I will be traveling we will need to use your space/tools. Having never done a hood swap (they seem simple enough) I'd ask that you're moderately confident in doing a swap so we don't mess up one another's truck.
