    I agree on removing the photos. You can't be 100% it's the same guy so you might be doing more harm then you realize.

    Lay off the phone calls. He started telling people they had the wrong number because he knew someone was on to him. Now he knows it and has pulled all of his ads. This is going to make it even more difficult for law enforcement to catch him in the act. For all anyone here know he is already being monitored. I guarantee you that he got rid of everything he had anticipating a knock on the door.
