Thank you for the pics. I'm getting ready to stuff some 35s on mine, and wasn't sure what to do with the front fenders, but definitely like your solution. How much did you cut at the bottom? So you just bolted the flare back on and didn't have to cut it right?

I cut about .75 - 1" Yes, bolted and stretched the flare, but I really need a bigger flare. The tires do still rub at full compression.

I'm behind on this build thread!

Added our new full height bed rack and roof rack plus some dual jerry cans with the Front Runner mount.

Also can finally talk about the RCV beef I added a few months ago. Yeah, they are huge. No longer worried about hitting that front ARB switch

Whats your opinion on the strength of the front diff? I know some people say that becomes the new weak point, others say it’ll be fine. Just curious!

I haven't broken it yet, and I've wheeled some gnarly trails locked. It does feel really tiny on the workbench though

There was a cool article written by nitro gears somewhere in which they explained that the Danna 44 is slightly larger than the tacos 8” so Maybe it’s not as strong as a D44 but maybe close enough?

I just purchased a SwitchPros 9100 and I’d like to install it in the same place on my 2019 Sport. Any advice? Lessons learned the hard way? Tips, tricks, pointers?

Short of what's in this video, not really. I did 3d print a little bezel so I could surface mount the one in the new truck in the same spot. Then I ran the wires up over the headliner then back down instead of through. Less cutting. The .STL file is attached. Waiting on a new printer to show up so I can make a slightly cleaner version.
