from my day of digging I've come up with these but apparently, they were just released so you can't buy them yet. look similar to what the Osram 70/65w hyper would have been.

 

I still have them, but they are pre-sold to another member.

They are available from PowerBulbs. I reviewed them a while back here and compared them to the prior Racing Vision +150. See updated +200 review in post #3169.

 

Sorry if I'm missing something but the ones you have are both Phillips 150 vs 200 and these are osram 200 with 70 or 75 watts I believe

 

Fail on my part! I have not tried those yet, I’ll have to watch for them to get my hands on!

Great Thread! I'm going to start with just getting the new (Pro style) headlight assemblies. Mine are shot and have the dreaded melt and cracked DRL amber lenses. I assume thats just a direct replacement plug and play? Then maybe the bulbs? She's still looking great except for the ugly lights so she deserves it. Plus when I sell it it should be easier to get full market value. Looking at the F150 Hybrid

 

Yes the assemblies are a direct plug and play replacement. If you are going to keep it for any length of time, I’d suggest adding some stock wattage performance bulbs like the Philips Racing Vision +200s. It is a good increase in performance at reasonable cost and swapping bulbs while the assemblies is nice.

 

shame they keep putting that god awful blue tint on these performance bulbs

 

What gives? Apparently PowerBulbs is temporarily not shipping to the USA.

 

They keep doing it because the Marketing folks have convinced many uneducated consumers that "whiter / bluer" light is more effective. This of course is not true, but it sells product.

 

Got some Folks in the UK. I’ll see if it’s the same for Canada. I’m pretty well stocked up for now but sources are limited.

 

I ran into that a couple of days ago, when trying to order replacements for the bulbs we used upgrading my son's 1st Gen last weekend.

I located them at BulbAmerica. The listing says "Made in Germany," but the price says made in China. They're scheduled for delivery on Saturday, after which I'll have a better idea of their quality (or lack thereof)...
