Yeah i just gave up and put it back together after i nearly messed up the stock one trying to get it off. I am hoping someone on here has a flat one theyre willing to sell, id like to keep this thing up and running if possible.

I am not sure how itd work with nst as i bought mine second hand. Hopefully theyre willing to work with me if it needs to get swapped and i cant find one used

This. Tighten two nuts onto the threads against each other. Then using your wrench on just the lower of the two, back the stud out.

Seems as if we are all having issues today! lol

My issue is the tiny "star" like retainer for the filter that goes on the bottom of the high flow fuel pump. Keeps falling off every time I put the filter into the housing. Are there any alternatives to using that tiny retaining bugger?

Well guys I caved in and traded my Taco for a TRX. If anyone needs stock 2015 headers, intake manifold, URD MAF pnp calibrator, rear storage and stock injectors let me know. I’ll sell it for very cheap

No offense I think the raptor would have been a better choice. But who am I to say.

6.2 V8 with a supercharger is just better. But I’ve never been a Ford interior fan

I'll give you the engine platform.
But, it is on par if not less that the first gen Raptor in the suspension department. The second gen has improved. I got to test drive a second gen Raptor today.....I'm still dri.........well I'll just it at that.
That 10 speed trans is pretty nice with that twin turbo engine.
Side note: has dodge entered the TRX in the Baja races? o_O

I’m just waiting for the 2021 Raptor 37s to be released so I can snag a set. Special BFG 37x12.5r17 KO2s in C-load at 68lbs.

My shit a pavement princess so in all honesty the suspension on this is miles better than the kings on my Tacoma and setup i had on that so you might be right vs the raptor but I wouldn’t notice if one was better than the other on the road

Brand new all black TRX was driving next to me yesterday. First one I've seen in the wild. Temp plate said HELBDGR.. I liked it.. a lot. Especially because it makes better truck sounds than a Gen2 raptor. Yeah yeah yeah... The Ecoboost is definitely a great platform.. I get it.. but it's just not the same.

Your star retainer is the only thing that will hold the strainer in place. Take some pliers and bend the retainer a little to make it true again and try it again. You need to put it on all the way or else it will just keep coming off.

Summit Off-road. Model is the Dakar. Toyota specific and come in one size. 17x9 -25mm offset. I'm this color and black. Perfect specs.. but limited manufacturing runs.. so they are hard to come by. Need to get a matching 5th. Still undecided if I want to Powdercoat them black or not. Not sure how I feel about this color...
