    If your breaking belts there’s something else going wrong,

    I think the last belt that broke on me was 10 years ago and was a dealership belt that are crap

    maybe Im snapping the belts because the truck is alot heavier than your, xtra cab, campershell rocksliders arb bumper winch, I gotta be atleast 600 pounds more than your truck

    I’ve pulled my double axle 14 foot trailer enclosed with no issue tho fully loaded,
    Probably 2500 extra pounds,

    Maybe your belt is too tight

    funny... you help me track stuff down and I'll order them... Hopefully there is a lightweight balancer for the 6 rib. just the fact of switching to an electric fan and the lighter balancer made acceleration noticeably quicker.

    supercharged 2" pulley 6 puck clutch
    how can it be to tight with the dynamic tensioner? I readjusted the alternator when I switched to the 2inch pullley just far enough so it wont hit the dipstick. I go any looser I'll have problems. I think its just being heavier running 32" Tires and the stage 4 6 puck clutch. that clutch has no slip for comfort. its engaged or its disengaged. with the lighter balancer no fan clutch weight I bet its hard on the belt

    Its only been on the truck 15k miles, seems to be working good and It doesn't seem to be slipping much. the belt doesn't get black dust on my hands when I touch it

    could always shave the same weight at the flywheel instead of Balancer...but anyway ya its so weird when they go, they dont start to fray or anything all of a sudden it just rips them in half....one last question so these small pulleys how do you remove them? I'm not sure which removal tool to buy?

    I don’t think your belt is tight enough and you’re getting belt slap... My alternator is all the way out at full adjustment, tensioner shouldn’t have very much play.. just enough for belt removal with tool.

    Just use a 3 jaw puller and squeeze it on the very edge of the pulley

    supercharged 2" pulley 6 puck clutch
    I cant get the 3 arms to stay on it. the pulley is almost flush with the nose cone.
