    All. It's not even a Gen 2 Taco thing, it's a polycarbonate plastic lens thing.

    It's hard to believe there wasn't a material change to remedy that. My 2011 Grand Cherokee is ten years old now and hasn't yellowed at all.

    I am not sure but I have seen the yellowing in all models except the 2016 and up. But give them 10 years or so and they may turn yellow as well.

    I thought I read somewhere that the heat from the amber marker lights was attributing to the yellowing and cracking of the clear lenses .... any truth to that?

    Yes I heard the same thing I think that may have been the cause of the light style change on the 2012-2015 Tacoma front headlights.

    Yes on certain models and it was addressed with a TSB and new design headlight housing. It's not the same thing as sun induced oxidation of the outer lens.
