Are you getting any kind of error message?
Any other programs running when it happens?

No other programs and no error messages. Just reboots as soon as it starts to load

Do you have any overlays active? e.g. GeForce Experience, Discord, Steelseries, etc.
    Might try disabling those.
Or close MSI Afterburner if it's running in the background..

Don't have those on either. Only thing I have opened is battlenet which has to be open to launch the game. I downloaded another game off of steam and it does the same.

    Weird.
    Other stuff that might help:
Reseat the card, disable any integrated graphics display adapters, underclock the card, clean install the drivers...

Yeah, if none of that works, I'm not sure what else to try.

Been setting up a home NAS server on Ubuntu Server 20.04, so far I was able to get Samba working as a Time Machine server and iTunes media sharing working anlong with NFS and SMB Shares for my Billy Ware. Does anyone use Ubuntu here? If so what kind of things are you doing with it? Have you switched to BTRFS yet?

I tried BTRFS years ago, but didn't have a good experience with it. That was over 8 years ago though. I've heard it's more stable now. Now, I've been using ZFS for about 5 years, no problems.

I use BTRFS on my cache drive in UNRAID. The actual array is XFS though. I honestly havent noticed any real difference between the two (even when the cache was XFS as well). ZFS is where I would go if it is supported in your use case though (its not supported in unraid hence the XFS).

    Yeah.
Yeah, it gets more complicated after that and swapping stuff out requires a good spare parts bin. If you have tried another PSU and GPU card, the other things to check are memory (if you have 2 sticks, try running with just one, and swap them out), CPU, and mainboard. Maybe turn off XMP settings on the memory if those are enabled. If not memory, my next guess would be mainboard.

Yeah, my next advice would be to start checking hardware.

    Yeah.
Looks good, and is a good price for everything that comes with it. Just a few things that it might help to clarify:

Do you know exactly what processor is in there? Looks like it might be an "Intel Core I9 9900K (9th-gen) unlocked 8-core processor"

On the memory, it looks like it has 32GB if it has the memory sticks you mention. I would put "32GB (4x8GB) G.SKILL Trident Z RGB Memory (16GTZRX)"

Does it have a solid state boot drive in addition to the 4TB Seagate? Something built at that level would likely have an NVMe boot drive.

    In order..

That is the processor, I have the packaging (a plastic cube) that it came with.

Thinking it's 32GB but not 100% sure so I read what i could see.

The 4TB is all I can see visually through the case when I pull the side panel. Really don't want to break out tools when I know diddly about it

    Yeah.
Just boot it up and launch Task Manager (you can type it in the search bar at the bottom). You can click on the Performance tab and you should be able to figure out how much memory and how many cores you have. You should also be able to see what disks you have available. If you have a Disk 0 and Disk 1, likely the Disk 0 says SSD.

I'm just trying to help you describe what is in it in terms that make it clear what you have. It's a good system, would be surprised if it didn't have an SSD boot drive. That's worth ~100 bucks right there.
