    Yup sucks the seller was denying knowing anything about the mites , but we seen in the attic where new wood was put on top of old weak stuff and by the back door in the eve I un screwed and found termites and water damage with 2 bowels sitting up there o_O

    Have to wait 3 months for the pesticide to do it’s thing .. then prob hiring an inspector before we get a contractor to come look all the way through tearing out :notsure: we find anything else we may have to go to mediation
    We already have the exterminator on our side saying this has been going on for a while / pointing out certain things
