You wouldn't think, but it is up for sale.
I have no issue with the re-sale, but would rather him just told me. Maybe some unforseen circumstances come up.
I felt good about what i sold it for but probably could have got more considering how prices on trucks have gone.
I priced a '15 double-cab today with 80,000 miles off a Yota lot for 32,000. I just about hit the floor!

 

Yeah I traded in my 18 cement sport w/60k miles and they gave $28k towards AG. They put a price of $34,800 on the next day - I paid 31,500 for it in 18 w/ 9500 miles on it when I bought it used. I can’t explain these prices other than our dollar not being worth what it once was? Or shortage of used tacos? It’s just crazy as hell - who knows?

 

There are some insane ones out there. Saw one on offerup listed by a dealership. It was a 2004 with 160k miles, 4x4 non TRD. They wanted 26,000. It was stock. Best line in the entire ad was "Not that many dents".

I traded in my 19 SR5 for my new sport 3 weeks ago. They gave me $36,000. They have it front and center on the fancy car podium in front of the dealership with a sticker price of $41k. I paid $32,000 for it new and put about $1900 worth of cosmetic upgrades on it. I'm half considering taking my brand new AG Sport the dealer across town now that it has wheels/tires/lift and seeing if I can get 50k for it, then carpooling with my wife until this wild truck shortage is over.

Lol - I hear you brother! Yeah a tiny voice in back of my head has been telling me to go try and get 50 for mine and from the looks of things- we probably could! Crazy! I just love mine too much, gonna sit tight for now.

Brought the Tacoma to Lake Tahoe for the weekend. Was able to complete Signal Peak trail, and a small portion of the Rubicon trail.
