Seat Belts

Do you wear them I do .

 

Back in my old truck-driving days I never did. After getting pulled over six times in one year, I gave in and started wearing it. Only got one ticket out of those six times. Actually glad I gave in though.

 

Always. Only time I might not is if I am going across a parking lot or something. Even then I feel naked without it.

Don't understand the folks who choose not to, but that should be their choice and not mine or the government's.

 

shouldn't even be a question... anyone dumb enough not to does not need to be on the road. It makes it a major p.i.t.a. when us firefighters/ LEO's have to respond to a scene where someone was slung from their car and is in a million pieces down the road.

 

I always do. There's really no reason not to.

 

I wear them without fail. If I'm a driver with passengers in the car I don't take my shit outta park until everyone is wearing one.

 

x2 , not just because I don't want to see anyone hurt or killed from not wearing it. But because, I don't want you becoming a 150+ lb projectile flying around in the vehicle. Especially if your sitting behind me.

 

ABSOLUTELY!! Everytime & all the time.

Let's just say....they probably saved my ass once in the past when I was rear-ended hard enough to break my seat (in a jeep).

 

It serves you right, and I have zero sympathy for you.

I wear mine all of the time. And I make my passengers do so, simply becuase I hate listening to the annoying seatbelt chime! But I refuse to turn it off, because it is a good reminder.

Always...it's irresponsible not to! Not only save your life but keeps your ass in the seat so you don't hit me in the process. A seat belt and air bags saved my life in a rollover on the interstate too!
