Yeah I kinda agree. 4 runner is my moms and she is 5’1. She has a hard time reaching the handle and pulling it down. It’s pretty much the only thing she doesn’t like about the 4 runner.

 

And money. Might have to take up a side gig like @CrippledHo if these lumber prices keep climbing.

I don’t know what I’m doing with them yet but if I don’t use them, I’ll give them to you.

 

I did a little detective work because I thought I would surprise the recipient of that bike with his original receipt. The bike was bought as a Christmas present for a 10 year old boy by his father in 1966. The guys first wife died and he married a young lady and had this boy with her. The dad died less than 3 years after this was bought and the boy passed away in 1994 at the age of 38. There were other children by the first wife who were much older and they are also not living. I have a line on their children but don’t know if I will persue this anymore.

 

That sucks.

 

All of this stuff was bought for 2 bucks at an antique shop. They were all in a plastic bag that I bought about 10 years ago. I never opened it and it ended up in a trunk in the attic. I opened it yesterday and that receipt was bugging me.

 

One good thing to come out of it is a welcome addition to the spank bank.

I have more but that’s enough for a while. I’ll forget about them and some day I’ll be looking for something else and come across them and do it all over again.
