It's going to be interesting to see how it all plays out. I'll post anything I see from this guy going forward.

I wouldn't mind a few more weeks or months to accumulate. However I also wouldn't mind if it blows the roof off tomorrow.

Here's a pretty good video on ALGO, which is my primary investment. I really like their team and their approach to business and not flash even though it may mean slow price growth.

I'm playing it somewhat safe with these things and putting a few bucks into ETH and ADA for fun. If I make enough to pull my money out and play with the houses money, so be it. But I am willing to play the long game on these. I have more hope for ETH but we shall see. We all wish we had bought BTC when it was $300 a coin or even $3k a coin

Just want to throw some of my thoughts out there. A lot of folks on social media seem real bullish right now and I don't understand it. Dollar-cost-averaging is all I can see as justification for buying right now.

Here we are at day 9 under the 200 day MA building up quite a strong resistance. I just don't see the roof blowing off. And if it somehow did, I still think we're coming down LOW - 200 week MA low. That's when I'll buy again and go long. People are talking about buying now and going long and I can't wrap my head around it. If we break through and have real signs of a bull market, then I could see a reason for buying, only if the plan was to get a quick trade in at the top, which we all know is hard to do. If we never go below 30k again I'll gladly eat my words.

What're your guys' overall strategies here?

My plan is to continue holding throughout the summer. If there are big run-ups in anything that I hold, I'll sell those off and rotate into the ones that are lagging while keeping a small percentage of the profits in cash in the case of anther big pullback. There have been many projections since last year calling for the market top to come in sometime around September/October. One metric this is based on is the timing of the BTC halvening last May and the number of days that BTC price typically peaks following that event. The way this market cycle is playing out up to this point, I think that is looking more and more accurate.

The plan of mine is based on having bought the vast majority of my holdings throughout 2020. The only new money I have added since the start of the year has been my stimulus checks. That may make my plan differ than someone who just started buying in recently so everyone has to figure out what works for them. This is my plan, NFA.

I'll have to dig a little deeper on the trends/predictions that come out of BTC halvening cycles - that's one area I've been neglecting.

If you had to drop a few US dollars into something today, what would you buy?
Looking at ETH or some BTC/BCH?

Of those three I would buy BCH. Highest potential profit out of those 3.

So of those three, bch does offer the most profit potential, btc and/or eth offer the most "security" i quote that cause they just took fat dives recently but they should bounce back but i think youd be hard pressed to double your money by eoy, maybe on ether. BCH, i think, had an ath that wad more than double what it is priced currently, so i think that could blow up a bit more.

Personally and ive posted it here before, I like litecoin these days. Im also into VeChain and Nano.

Said fuck it and went with LiteCoin... I watched a documentary on, I thin Prime the other day and they discussed LiteCoin and its perceived benefits in speed and cost.

I had to turn off alerts on my CoinBase wallet because my wife thought I was texting other women... I told her yeah, her name is Crypto.

If you haven't seen it yet, I actually liked the "documentary" Cryptopia on Amazon Prime.
I did learn a few things for sure.

Uphold is now doing limit orders for XRP. Hopefully this will work out well when price moves big again since it seems like they go down every time there's a big move up or down.
