Icon Stage 5, Nexen Roadian MTX, Fuel KB43 Block wheels, Baja Design XL 80s, Baja Squad Pro WC fogs, TacoVinyl grill, "dudebro" lights, Prinsu rack, trail rash pinstripes, BAMF hybrid bumper, sliders, and LCA skids, and a few other things I can't think of.
New Tundra will get 30 miles per gallon and put out over 400 horsepower... The two main options will be a hybrid electric 3.5L v6, or a twin turbo V6 that offers 32mpg and 460+ HP.

We can expect something similar for the Tacoma, eventually. Maybe a little lower spec, but at least a hybrid.

My wife bought a RAV4 Limited about a month ago. The Primes were in short supply when we purchased it, but we’re very happy with the Limited. It’s averaging 42mpg.

I hope Toyota comes out with a hybrid Tacoma. I’d probably make it my next truck.

We looked at the Highlander Hybrid when purchasing. Toyota recently switched the hybrid engine in the Highlander to the same as the RAV4. That was one of the reasons we went with the RAV4. Same engine, better mileage for the RAV4.

We got lucky according to our sales person. Customer backed out and we had requested this model via web a month ago. So we jumped.

OK, I'm a mouth breathing knuckle dragger who lives under a moss covered rock. I blissfully miss a lot of 'stuff' these days. What is the "back up noise" you speak of? Don't tell me the govt has mandated back up beepers/noise for passenger vehicles.

It’s a horrible sound, I can’t really explain it. My daughter says like a dish washer, at first we thought it was the motor running backwards, but we now believe (still researching) it’s a speaker that puts out government mandated noise when backing. I’ve heard if you remove the noise, it will not pass inspection. And I wish it was the annoying back up beep, that would be better.

Wow! Never would of dreamed that passenger vehicles would now have that. I mean mirrors and cameras are not enough?!

It’s because there is no noise other wise. It’s weird how quiet this is, I think an RC vehicle is louder.

Btw, I think I'd prefer a simple back up beeper.

Our daily commute didn’t make the hybrid worth it, but add the ability to plug in to charge the battery and get 40 miles on it changed the game.

People are so weird. If you dial the clocks back to the 1980s and said you could build a Tacoma that could go 40 miles on A BATTERY and THEN convert to a gas engine that got 30mpg AND went 0-60 in, oh, 7 seconds and, oh, you'd have all these cool airbags to save you and your family if you crashed, and all four wheels are slowed by disc br---okay, maybe not that because "heritage"---and it would have superior traction control with individual wheel braking to get you unstuck, people would be going apeshit for it. Now we just have people in mental bunkers fussing and repeating lines someone else said on TV or on the internet.

Bring on the batteries. I love double As and double Ds. Charge me up, bud.

At least you didn’t express a love of D batteries.

We went the opposite direction - my wife wanted the RAV4, and was very interested in waiting for a Prime but we bought the Highlander Hybrid because we need the real estate.

And her Highlander makes the same noise as the RAV4 video. It's for blind people to know there's a vehicle around because it's absolutely silent otherwise. It makes the same sound when it's in park or drive. It turns off when the gas engine kicks in.

I’d trade in my Pro for a Tacoma Hybrid (hopefully also a Pro model).
