Added a fishing pole holder to keep my rods from bouncing around in the bed (they are ski racks) Also put a cargo net over the rack to hold the plano bins down better than just a few bungee cords.

Yeah, I still have access to the bed rail system. That said, you would have to preset the tie downs in between the six hard cover securing locations. They slide in the same way on the rail system.

Picked up a drivers grab handle off a member here. Fit is pretty good, looks almost the same as the passenger side. Works great. I’ve been wanting one of these but didn’t want to roll the dice and order from the company.

Installed my Southern Style Offroad roof rack today. Great company. Everything fit how it was supposed to, i got a parts list with quantities (goose gear cant be bothered to do this) and someone answered the phone when i had a question.
I did cut up and put my rubber trim back where there were gaps, tomorrow ill use some marine grade silicone to finish up a couple spots.
Only issue i had was putting that vynil wrap across the front of the roof to protect it from the wind farring (spelling?). I totally fucked it up. Called a local wrap shop and for 50 bucks they put some white wrap on the first 7 inches of the roof for me. Takes the professional 10 minutes, took me 30 to do it wrong. It was worth the 50 bucks.

Just ordered this tire carrier. Didn't want to add a full bumper and wanted to keep weight down. Screenshot_20210601-183247_Chrome.jpg

Looks great! What was your order date for the cap? Never mind. I see you already answered. I order a Leer 100xr with windoors last Friday and was quoted 10-15 weeks.

Yeah, I’m happy with them. It was an inexpensive and easy option. The stock bulbs are horrible. I got tired of needing a flashlight to see anything in the truck. I should have replaced them a year ago when I brought it home from the dealer.

Toyota dealer is coming in the morning to buy my 2016 Access Cab rwd Sport. Had some early warranty issues, the 1st 6 months, but has been perfect for the past 5 years since. After I go with them to the bank I will start hunting for the next one. Hopefully will find a fair mileage 2nd gen V6 access cab. If not then will wait for the chip issue to subside and see what's out there for the end of year clearances. I really enjoy this forum and have been here with 3 of my 4 generations of Tacoma. I decided a while back not to get a tune. I am just a real fan of the 4.0 engine so I expect that I will end up with a good used 2nd gen Taco or a new, or near new, 4runner. I doubt I will stray away from Toyota. I may be logged out for a while but I guarantee I will be reading this forum. Take care Homies and Homettes.
On a side note I removed a couple of things including the seat spacers that I had in it for the past 2 years. I immediately felt like I was sitting in a bucket again. That was a weird funny feeling.
