    Thanks for the help. I tried to load the file in the most up to date Vftuner Pro, but unfortunately it is not supported yet.
    When VFtuner 1.3 comes out, 04C21 will be supported.

    I thought it was going to be last Saturday. There was supposed to be an update that supported 04c21. So hopefully soon!

    KDMAX 6.0 tune
    I did a light tow with just my bike. It did "OK" in ECT mode. But throttle response and shifting is tremendously better with KDMax tune.

    Just got a tune last night from a new authorized tuner in the area. @nwflsr4x4 in the Florida Panhandle. Went with the KDMAX SLT file, absolutely perfect for my needs. @PapaRee knocked this one out of the park. Night and day difference. A little more initial throttle response from a stop, no more shifting at 1200 rpm causing the truck to lag / jerk. Everything is nice and smooth, plenty of usable power. I do a lot of highway as well as city driving and I couldn't be happier. Make sure to give @nwflsr4x4 a shout if you are in the panhandle area!

    Novice question here. If I understand correctly 04C21 is the latest ECU version for 2021, does this mean you can't us KDMAX 6.0 with 2021 trucks? Mine is a 2021 and we are currently running KDMAX happily.

    21’s now come from the factory with C21. This isn’t supported yet. Older 21’s came with C20. These are supported. The cutoff seems to be somewhere around May

    Not yet.
    I have been moving and unpacking and trying to keep up with the current KDMax requests. Plus I work full time as a nurse.
    And to be honest, I love the way my truck drives now and I personally have no need for 8 maps.
    I will pay the credits and start the work, it is going to be time consuming because you have to add all of the tune settings into a new tune to add the map switching. Mat has said that when he releases the new software, there will be an easier way to copy a tune into the Map switching.
    I am not going to rush into something that only a few people will want. But once the new 1.3 Vftuner is released, I plan to start working on it.
    I have not had any time off for family, golf or camping since January. Family is my number one priority and I will always put them first.

    Typing this from a hospital chair watching my wife and newborn son I wholeheartedly agree sir. Up until yesterday I hadn’t taken a single day off all year either! Time to sit back and take some time for the family now.

    Personally I think it would be useful for 4lo to have a different map for the throttle. But I use 4lo maybe once per year at the current rate. But can see how it would be less twitchy on the reg or LT tunes in 4lo with the added torque multiplication. Other than that, I can’t see the need for that may maps. Maybe 3 way tops, haha.
