Work in progress, putting together an under seat amp rack for my two Kicker Keys. Got to make a couple short power and ground cables to go from the amps to the distribution blocks, extend my T harness about 8 feet to go between the head unit and amps, and cut in the inputs for the 500.1 into the input side from the 180.4.

Wired my OEM Reverse Camera into my new Joying Android Headunit. It surely is nice to have this feature back in my truck as the Softopper does hinder some view.

I had falken wildpeaks 265/75/16 stock steel wheels & they were great except ice (not studded). I have nitto ridge grapplers 285/70/17 on level 8 mk6. I love the falkens & haven't really had too much testing offroad but they both are nice on highways not to loud. I think the wildpeaks were a lil quieter though. Both feel decent in rain too

I’ve seen great reviews for this Falkens & also the Ridge Grapplers - which I like. I also have seen where a bunch of people have have balance issues with the RGs

I heard a lot of good things about the wildpeak AT3W when I was tire shopping too. It was kind of a toss up between them and the Grabber AT/x.

Changed my oil. Decided to try conventional since I change it religiously every 5k & I wanna see if I can stop this subtle weep at the valve cover with non synth oil. Also, my milestars are showing me they can’t hang. My truck is relatively light & they have only like 10k miles on them.

So the last couple days I noticed a weird squeak coming from my rear end but only when I am reversing. I crawled out and took a look under there but I'm not sure what it is. I put some grease in my drive shaft hoping that was it but it is still there. I know its rotational because it when it happens going slow enough its a long squeak and going faster its much shorter. I got 168k on the clock and I haven't had the rear breaks apart yet so maybe that? Anyone got a suggestion to check out before I go crazy and tear into things.

Check your carrier bearing first before you pop the rear brakes open. With your mileage, I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s the issue, or a U joint, or worn out brake shoes in the drums.

How much play is acceptable? That's the only part of my drive shaft that moves even a little when its parked, but its got maybe a half inch of play if not more.

Does your have ceramic brake pads? Mine does and they squeak in reverse only. That’s the only thing I can think of.

I think I do but I got power stops going on in a couple weeks. But the its coming from the rear and I haven't touch those yet so I don't know what is in there. Probably the originals. Watching a video on the carrier bearing it might be that. Mine does have what I feel to much play and I looked again and it looks like its separated.
So another question. What is the best? I'm guessing OEM. To save me time anyone got a part number handy?

Not sure, mine moved about that much with 120,000 on it. If it isn’t squeaking, that’s not the source of your issue.
