Hey, everyone has to poop sometime!

In a pinch, I've used a tarp with tie downs to keep things dry in the bed. Not overly secure, but you can get a long tarp, run it on the bottom of the bed, load the stuff in, fold up the sides, then fold the top over all of it so you make like a roll up. Keeps everything very dry but not overly accessible or secure. Not sure if that would work for you or not.

@Pugga I have a roll-up tonneau on there now, and FINALLY got around to installing the power tailgate lock. Just be nice for more room at the moment.
The Tacoma has been moved to her DD/and the road tripper... And she has been on the fence about a cap.. catch is, really would need to have a power lock.. and lead times are nuts...

But, it's funny, I look back and remember traveling all over in a reg cab, short bed, V6 5spd 4x4 S10, with nothing other than good tires, and a nice cap.... How times have changed(kids, dogs, spouse, etc)

Hmmm...... Would save me swapping the rack from the other truck tonight...

any chance you still looking for a drivers side led tail? i remember seeing something recently about looking for one.
reason i ask is because over the weekend @crashngiggles will be picking up a trailer from my house and figured it would be an opportune TW Express if you wanted.

it is an aftermarket, I think you mentioned not wanting aftermarket, its made by eagle eyes and is in great condition, has been on my truck since I purchased it and I never realized it was different, I only removed my led lights because I wanted the all red none led style housing

Can't find the fuel line for my boat, and after the rain the lake is finally up shore and the giblets want to go for a whirl. Fucking everyone is out of either full sets or individual pieces to cobble one together. Especially the sprayless quick disconnects for the gas tank. Had to cobble together some chi-com line w/primer bulb and an evinrude connector from Amazon, and now have to drive 45 minutes to Westmarine to grab a sprayless quick disconnect. #firstworldproblems.

Shit, I got all Mercury connectors or I'd be able to set you up completely.

Appreciate it. Fortunately between the power of Bezos and West Marine I'll be set before the weekend. I was at Cabela's last night to get my daughter a new life vest since she outgrew hers. They were wiped out of almost all boating supplies. Even stuff like the little kids character fishing poles were pretty much gone. Crazy.

Any of you guys looking for a ‘no wire’ brake controller? Gotta get some photos up, but have one to sell. Neat set up, plugs into the truck’s 7 pin connector, trailer plugs into the unit and it uses your phone via blue tooth to control it. New in the box, there’s a story behind it, just have to get some photos up and some time to type out the story.

    Howdy, people of the internet!
Had last week 'off' so no internet. And this week I started my new job, which doesn't involve 10 hours of computer-ing.
Spent Mon-Thur of last week redoing my garage roof. Stripped the steel and the old strapping,

    garage 1.jpg

installed new strapping of a thicker variety and spaced more closely for better support,
    garage 2.jpg

    Garage 3.jpg
    Garage 3.5.jpg

    Garage 4.jpg

    Garage 5.jpg

put down an underlayment (and barely beat a thunderstorm to do it),
    Garage 6.jpg
and then reinstalled the steel with heavier-gauge screws.

    Garage 7.jpg

    Garage 8.jpg

    Garage 9.jpg

I was hoping to have it done in 3 days, but I ended up wasting a fair amount of time replacing a defective stapler for the underlayment, and then I ran out of screws 2/3 of the way through reinstalling the steel so it actually took me 4 days.

And then yesterday I started my new job and after a fairly brief orientation/paperwork session they put me out on the shop floor learning how to assemble awnings.

But he probably just spent 1/4 million just on the roof, did you see how much lumber he had.

Yeah, and he even went for the ‘thicker stuff’ for the strapping. Now he’s just rubbing our noses in it.

Don't get ahead of yourself.... I don't even HAVE a garage.... or a solid driveway. When I need to work on something, I clear the patio, Nd park a truck there. Even wash the bikes there....
