They should. My '18 TRD/OR has heated seats, for which I am grateful.

Don't know why they got rid of the fogs since the standard SR5 has them...

Wait....are we all going to overlook this GARBAGE bed? This better be an option and not standard. This would turn me OFF

What's garbage about it? It's a standard 5' bed and those boxes are removable.

Ah I missed the "removeable" part. Oh good.

At this point I wish I could just build a parts bin special - basically a TRD OR with leather/heated seats, full premium sound upgrades but the lift/wheels/tires/bed boxes/grille from the trail.

But I guess I could just do an OR and buy a lift and these wheels/tires/bed boxes/grille but that would wind up being WAY more.

The videos I've watched also seem to confirm the bed will be 5' only.

I've seen enough videos now and enough comments that I feel confident in confirming this will be short bed only.

I like it, just remove the bed boxes when not needed. I like it a lot.

Won’t even hold 5th. That’s a 4th gear and 3500rpm scream fest, thanks to the baby dick torque

THIS, this is what I hear more then, no problems maintaining speed on the hi way.

The addition of the e-locker is definitely eating at me, so butt hurt I bought the year before they added that fricking locker LOL. Oh well just emailed my salesgirl over at the local dealership asking to reserve the first one they get.

Does anyone know how this works with Toyota? I've only ever ordered/pre-ordered a vehicle once and I'm still waiting on it (Ford Bronco).

Either way I'm ordering some type of 2022 Tacoma this fall.

I reserved my 21 when it was in transit. I’m not sure how it works with it being so early still but I’ll update everyone when I hear back from my dealership.

From a cost perspective or because the fogs get in the way?

I had a 2018 and drive in windy areas on the interstate. I was getting like 14mpg. Plenty of power but seemed inaccessible without crappy mpg. I was hoping they’d give us a little more power lower in the rpm’s.

Headwinds for sure are bad news in these Tacomas. I found in stock format, with stock tires, it wasn’t too bad. Now that I’m lifted a bit, with a roof rack, they are more of a problem. I did go to 4.88 gearing recently, but haven’t had a windy drive since then, so don’t know if that will be a game-changer.
