Previously 30 but over the last several months 35psi and they do better. Either way they are cupping and chunking like they have 20k HARD miles on them

My boss had terrible luck with those right past 5k miles. He loved them and it’s like they took a huge turn, started cupping and chunking like yours. His were 37’s on a Jeep but still, seems to be the norm I guess...

He went with Nitto Trail Grapplers this time around lol

Yeah, they sure are. I read some article before buying that they are a “crowned” design which are meant to be run at a higher pressure with the center ribs being the main contact point and the side lugs much softer. I keep mine at 38 on the road. I’m sure you already knew they were and yes there’s still no explanation for the bad chunking just wanted to make sure to prevent further wearing if at all possible.

Well I’m going to try my luck with the Cooper ST Maxx tires. I called Discount & they are happy to warranty replace the KO2s; including exchanging the spare. Tires on order.

My wrapping experience is pretty minimal and I'd give my grille a 7/10...10 being DIFFICULT. I didn't use any inlays but I did take the grille off the truck and removed the inner black piece (the piece with the emblem on it), so I was JUST wrapping the chrome trim piece. That way I could wrap the vinyl and cut it on the back side where it's not visible. Just take your time, work out the slack, watch your vinyl tension on the edges and shrink in the corners. Not sure about all the details of the 05-11 grille, but I took a good 1.5hrs on mine while I watched TV.

I got a set used last year and I have been very happy with the performance. They are a little louder then I want but I always have the windows open anyways so I don't notice it that much.

Sweet! I will give it a go. Worst case, I rip it off and paint it properly this time... lol
I thought about taking off the surround but my year is VERY flimsy on the bottom. I'd hate to snap it in half when pulling the vinyl.
Just 1/100 little things I need to do to my truck this summer... lol

I did 2 takes on the grille...great thing about vinyl. Gloss White isn't expensive, so I was lucky there. The wrap I have now isn't perfect, but it's good enough for me, for now. I have another roll coming so I can do the rear bumper, so I may redo my side mirrors and grille with that now that I have more practice.

Do you have the front RCI skid installed as well? Or did you just do these two?

Driver side boot tore on my 2010 TRD OR, having dealership replace axel and HOPEFULLY they install the ECGS bushing in place of the needle bearing while they have it all apart, was going to do it myself. But, since axel is being pulled and replaced, figure it would save me four plus hours or work.

The front has been on since last year as a replacement for the bent stock skid that was on the truck when I bought it. Finally had available $$ to complete the trifecta as well as get some sliders on order.

I would ask for the old axle and keep as a spare. OEM toyota axles are rock solid and not cheap!

Didn’t even think of that, just glad they put the ECGS bushing in while they had it all torn apart, read some other members had a hard time getting dealership to do things like that with aftermarket parts. Was more looking at putting my lift on when I have the chance and have that needle bearing not be an issue at all.

Teton shift knob came by this morning added it before going to work. Feels solid. Amazon trim pieces paired nicely with it.
