Just spent a few days riding and camping in Prescott, AZ. Pretty badass little town and the trails were a decent mix of tech and flow. The town itself has several awesome bike shops and a few breweries worth checking out.

Knee is finally starting to feel better. Good times at Black Hawk, where they built an absolutely stellar new trail, hard money.



Not me, obviously, but here's some highlights. If you're in the area (for me an hour away), it's well worth it.

 

Now if only I could ride it like Nate.

 

So, did some maintenance on the Switchblade and pulled the freehub off to see how it was doing. It certainly needed cleaning so I wiped everything down and added a good amount of Park Tool grease instead of the recommended DT special lube or SRAM butter. Now my hub is like dead silent..

Is this bad? Went out for the first ride today and it threw me way off but I enjoyed it towards the end.
