There's a mega-thread on the topic in the sticky section at the top of the page, but the basic answer is that it's almost impossible to make LED elements small enough and placed precise enough that mimic the halogen filament size and placement and also put out enough lumens to be an actual improvement and do so without causing excessive and illegal glare or overlighting the foreground. You're far better off to either use a GE +130 H11 or simply use an H9 instead of the standard H11 Long Lifes that came in your headlights. Those two option are both legal and effective and are very noticeable improvements over stock and are very affordable, especially the H9's, which are usually seven or eight dollars each.

I run Sylvania Silverstar ZXE halogen bulbs in my truck. They are pretty pricey but they are very bright, white light with a sharp cutoff.

I can use LEDs in the high beams just not the low beams because of the projectors , correct ?

No, not correct. The LED element still will not be in the optimum position - i.e. - exactly - and there's only about a millimeter of play there and you will have a compromised high beam pattern. And what makes you think that you need more powerful high beams anyway. Before I swapped out the 2020 LED's, those original H9 high beams were way more than adequate especially on a dark mountain highway with plenty of straightaways. I mean, I used to run those super Cibié 5-3/4 inch H1 pencil beams back in the day and the stock Taco hi beam was, while not quite a deep, overall was better because it was broader in it's beam pattern. Don't fall victim to the false marketing of those dozens and dozens of aftermarket bulb makers, mostly hawking untested cheap Chinese crap that doesn't meet any U.S. highway safety standards. You get in an accident because of any of those and you insurance company finds out they very well might not cover you.

    Welcome!

just avoid replacing your halogen lights with LEDs if you want improved light quality. Lots of bad things like failed inspections (depends on state), angry drivers and bad light spread is common.
