There's also a diner at the BP station down the road.

 

I'm a soft 'maybe' right now.

On Google maps it looks like Beadlockers might have parking for maybe 5 trucks. I may sit this one out and maybe see you guys at the Chitown open house at the end of the month.

 

No just wanna leave early and enjoy the early cool weather. Temps look like high 60°’s early AM and heating up to 90°+.

I need to find a spot somewhere that I won’t take a door ding on my new truck with 400 miles on it.

Another successful meet! Great to see the familiar faces that came out, the familiar names I can now associate with a face, and all the new faces we met. It's really a great community and I'm glad to be a part of it. Can't wait for the next event!

Guys, I have reserved "the Hemlock" at Boulder Lake from Thursday, August 19 through Sunday, the 22nd.

Same usual stuff. Camping, BS, Pipeline run, etc.

We have room at the site for up to 30 occupants and 10 vehicles (plus there's overflow parking close by). Whoever is interested let me know if you're tent or truck camping. I will reserve the site camping for RTT and truck camper setups first.

I will be out of town at a wedding that weekend unfortunately.

I am also moving to MN at the end of July, although I will stay active (well, as active as I currently am) in this group as well.

 

Looks like @Tigerian will finally have a friend in Minnesota!

 

I have two coworkers who have expressed that they want to join - one has a manual two door Jeep and she wants to learn about off roading/4 wheeling, so I figured this would be a good introduction; hope you guys are cool with that!

I have a buddy with a Ranger who is actually going up to the Pipeline with me this weekend to try some off-roading as well.

I am fine with opening up this trip 2 other types of vehicles. I guess I would say friends and family of people who are members here just to keep it from getting too big.

Maybe I'll see how others feel..
