Only aesthetic mods so far Leer 180 cap & Clazzio covers on order.
I'll take a stab at this:
A bit of caster helps your front wheels return to moving in a straight line when you let go of the steering wheel. Without it, they can tend to wander requiring you to maintain total control via the steering wheel. Any road imperfection can cause the truck to pull to one side or the other. Pulling to the right is common because most pavements are crowned a bit to shed water off onto the shoulders.
Anyone else - feel free to confirm or deny my understanding.

I paid $150 for mine dropped off truck with numbers I wanted told them I’m
A picky fuck. Picked up truck numbers were perfect. Sorry OP DEFINITELY frustrating. Definitely if you can invest in some UCA’s. Will solve your problems

Looks like you've got this mostly figured out, but I will add something about upper control arms.

You don't NEED new upper control arms with your lift, a proper alignment will make your truck much more reasonable to drive. But, new upper control arms will make it so much better.
I drove my truck for 2 years with an inexpensive spacer lift (3ish" in the front), and it was fine. Now I've been on new upper control arms for 2 years, and it does make a huge difference. Just have decide what it's worth to you.

Well you are all ready experiencing some of the issues. You have to remember you just change all the angles on your truck with the lift and your current numbers are for stock I believe. By having higher caster numbers it will help eliminate steering wheel shake and will allow to fit bigger tires or more articulation without severe tire rub in the back every time you wheel or going over bumps. I've got a 2.5 lift and my caster is 3.0 and steering is solid/straight!

Some upper control arm recommendations would be awesome. What to buy?

I have the STD. Have had zero issues with them. They have 60k miles on them.
