i got declined with Fidelity for lvl 2 options (I thought I was approved because they said I was verbally but I never was on my account)

I answered it truthfully, and I earn enough and have enough liquidity for lvl 2 at the very least, but they still bounced me. I called and was stonewalled. Maybe I’ll try again when this is over lol

Age and years of trading is what I think is the kicker for me. I’ve been trading since 2017 so I thought I’d be good, but I guess not lol

@kairo confirmed it, but next week there till next 7/1 $800 strike options when $GME breaks $300

Seems like clickbait to me. Is there a potential for a squeeze? Probably. Would it be substantial? Doubt it.

It only really matters if people think it’s real and start buying in and driving the stock up. Nothing is real o_O

In January when it was a MILE high I bought some 4/16 PUTS....guess how that went? Squeeze was not even close to over...rode that plateau and it's still there.
I know someone bought the Jan 2022 $300 put for $230 ($23,000) and closed it for a $3000 profit...good thing because holding that put long would have been a grave mistake to this point...

ELOX and TRIT gains bought me a chalk bag to use as a large cupholder from a small business on etsy. The owner has a couple changes she makes so its Tacoma specific lol. So many cupholders in our trucks but none large enough for a big Hydroflask or equivalent.

Pic is from the thread I saw this on. Works super well and her changes made it so there is no gap in the trim.

Finally. A decent use of a chalk bag.

That's nothing compared to what the primes are doing if that article is accurate. No naked options. Game changer. If true, and enforced by the primes, it means that shorts can't use naked options to hedge. It's very big news if true. Yet, only Bloomberg is reporting it.

yea, i think the noose is definitely tightening up...the archegos thing was definitely a catalyst, but also the GME and other short squeezes...it's been pointed out on this thread that a lot of stocks had huge squeeze spikes right around the same time in Feb.
the market has been pretty fucked since then...even with the inflation hedge rotation...the losses in this last round for AMC and GME are huge for the hedgies...i'm pretty sure the primes are like 'enough guys' you're bleeding our bottom line.
if they start limiting short selling, things will definitely move upwards again....everyone is flush with cash and things are opening up...people are hungry for growth.

    anyway....saturday night!! catch y'all later!
