I was finally due for new tires so I made the jump from Hankook 265/75/16 to Toyo AT3 255/80/17. Only rubbing was front mud flaps at reverse so those are gone. So far liking the new setup and really digging these 4runner wheels. Like how they look and stick out enough to line up with the fender compared to the tucked in OR wheels I previously had. Now my tires fill in the wheel well more and don't look too small for my lift lol

Don't have SPC UCAs, so can't speak to that. I bet there are specific threads just for that if you search for them.

Looks like you are only rubbing at the bottom of your CMC? You could cut it up more and angle it down and back, versus using a flat plate. I originally went the flat plate route for 33s, but when I jumped up to 35s I rubbed there again, so redid my CMC as described. See photo below.

Replaced all 4 O2 sensors along with the center carrier bearing, no more P0420 but still have that take off shutter. As a bonus a buddy of mine traded me his steering wheel controls + airbag

Looks great, I’m about to do this one. Did you go with steel or aluminum?

I wanted to do some stuff today, but things went a little sideways.

Turns out you can’t do the standard mods needed to install the Expedition Essentials compressor mount on the passenger side without relocating the AC power outlet. I now have one of these on the way:

Broke 2 of 6 bolts trying to get everything snugged up. Neat.*

*screaming and cursing removed for brevity
