BAMF 3rd gen Hybrid bumper

I’m hoping maybe some one here can help me with this questions? I put this in the 2nd Gen hybrid thread. But no answers quite yet.

 

Hi Sorry I hadn’t seen this, to be honest I just used the instructions he had on the site. Do you have an IG? Follow me & I’ll send you the page of a guy that has the bumper. You could ask him if there was any details the instructions might fall short. Add me TRD_LYF

 

It’s possible those instructions might work but if it’s different you don’t want a huge gap when you try & line it up.

 

I don’t really have social media tbh. This is about as social media as I get here in Tacomaworld. I watched the video and I’m pretty sure it would be the exact same. But just trying to confirm before I go cutting anything. I’ve read the instructions a few times. Kinda makes sense, I’m just not super familiar with the part names and such.

 

Gotcha yea hit Jerry up. If it was about the Gen3 I’d be more help lol You could always cut less and mount the bumper trim as you need and if you wheel make sure you leave a gap for flexing. Use those instructions on the video and zoom into the pictures on the website it’ll make sense. I over thought my bumper cutting and said fuck it turn out great

Anyone have an RCI ifs skid plate with this bumper? Looks like my bumper is going to be shipping out!

 

Came here to ask pretty much the same thing. I’m running an RCI Engine skid and wanted to see if it is compatible without modification.

 

I have RCI skids. Bumper fits with no issues.

 

Was really surprised at how fast my bumper was produced. I thought I had more time to grab a better light bar lol Got the notification that it was ready to ship. Ended up just having them powder coating it since I don’t want to hassle with hauling it around and waiting even more.

Would it be safe to assume I am okay without the following nut not installed? Since the reinforcement bracket and 1/2 in bolts are so beefy? That's what I get for not being patient and tryin to rush things.

Bought a thread file to see if I can fix the cross threaded bolt but just in case I can't get it fixed.

 

Just received my bumper. Looks legit. Off for powder coat. Has anyone removed the grille after the bumper has been installed? I have the low center hoop.

 

Ordered 5/1 picked up 6/17. I was excited to see it came fairly quick. Build quality is amazing! Took about 6 hours from start to finish. Installed with Badland Apex 12k winch, Factor55 fairlead w/ flat link. Still waiting for a light bar.

 

How much is shipping for low hoop with steel bash plates to 97504? @JLee

 

About 240 bare metal.

 

Love this bumper! Anyone know if this with the full bash plate will work with CBI skids?
