Its a little more offset than the plan shows this is the actual layout but the D/R is more to the left I am not a big fan of the D/R myself but I had to compromise so I could get the door to the laundry room from the Master bedroom closet which is 12X12....

That is funny, my bedroom is about 12 x 12 .
I live in an old country place, my neighbor (age 79) remembers when there was a bucket well just outside the door.

 

The wife said she’d be inclined to pressure wash regularly if we had an electric power washer... we’ll see if this works out!

Brewing up 5 gallons of tea for my next batch of kombucha.

Picked up some new tread for the camper for the season, now I got to figure out if I want to swap them myself or take them to the local tire shop.

 

I switched from brewing beer/cider to making kombucha (fermented sweet tea with fruit juice added in & carbonated)
Time for another 5 gallons to start the fermentation process (3 weeks)

 

What ABV do you end up at?

 

Slim to none, hence the reason for the switch from beer/cider. Still keeps me in the brewing hobby and shares the same equipment I already had. I used to make a fermented lemonade “Skeeter Pee” which was around 12% and it snuck up on you as it tasted like plain ole lemonade!

 

This hosed me up a little yesterday....

Regarding the pic:
I don’t know what’s worse, the Carolina squat or the tires. Is he from Florida?
I’m assuming that’s not because of a load in the bed, unless he’s hauling a bunch of sailboat fuel.
