Im not sure what mine was. It’s no longer making any noise, so spraying helped or something else.
Did you get the kit with the struts assembled? Mine came in 3 boxes, I think. The coils were in separate boxes. I also didn’t have the UCAs. I opened mine right away to look at everything.

Check everything to make sure it's there. I got my kit a month ago and I'm still waiting on the ucas because those alone were waaay back ordered.

Glad it went away! Those creaks can be annoying and stressful pin pointing the source of it. No, I didn't get mine assembled as there were no option for it and I had to get the top plate separate off Amazon. Mine came in 3 "packages". One per leaf spring and a box. Got some stuff going on but should have time tomorrow afternoon.

Oh damn! Okay will do checking for sure. I've sent my camburgs in before for a rebuild and this box doesn't seem like it's big enough for everything besides leaf springs. I'll have time for sure tomorrow to open things up to fully inspect.

Side question: Anyone have their portable air compressor?

That’s the same thing I did. I ended up taking mine to a Toyota Dealer to assemble. They were the same price as others around here. The rental compressors from advanced or auto zone would not work, the struts were too big for the compressor fingers to fit.

Hopefully you got everything. I got a set of treads with mine.

Good to know! Hope I got everything too. I wasn't sure how long until I got my order so I haven't called around yet. There are a couple shops around my general location that has great reviews for off road stuff. Will be checking with Toyota for sure too.

I got their "Air Champ Pro". Have only used it a couple times. Fills from 15psi to 33psi QUICK! Haven't had any issues, only thing I don't like is it's a screw-on to connect to the valve stem vs a quick release/clamp. On my list to swap it out, but not at the top of the priority list. For how quick it inflates, I'm considering splitters to fill all 4 at the same time! Would buy again based on my experience thus far.

Thanks for the feedback! It's nice to know there are many options out there and that theirs is just as good. My old portable air compressor I bought at PepBoys when I was living in SoCal took a crap on me after over a decade of use and I have Ironman 4x4 air compressor on the way.

Yeah, was one of those "weekend sales" and I felt obligated to participate...
Now that I'm thinking about it, the only thing I dont like is the in-line gauge. Mine is like 10psi off. I've figured out where I want it, but dont trust it for anything. Definitely should have thought to mention that earlier. My bad!!

My old one was like that too and 10ish psi sounds about right. Are there any inline gauge that is correct? Hahaha it was always over inflat so that I can air down to the right psi.

Well, damn! Finally opened the box and looks like I'm missing my front suspension. No front shocks, coils, uca. And for some reason I received 6 fully assembled bushings (instead of 4) for my leaf springs in the box of bushings. Is that how much you guys received too?

When my stuff arrived, it was everything except the UCAs and promotional traction boards. I just emailed them the next day, they requested pictures, then told me my order only partially shipped. I'm now on week 5 or so of "they'll be in next week" while I'm staring at most of a lift kit that I can't install.

I'm curious why they ship an incomplete order and then request for pictures. Surely they have order pullers and order processors like every shipping warehouse and can tell what was not included with the order based on order number.

These rear shocks are beefy as hell though! I can only imagine the front since it's a 2.8" diameter. The bilstein 6112 are 2.8" too, right? I bought them for my dad's taco last year and they're thick when we were installing them.

I think 6112s are 2.5 or maybe a smidge smaller, but yeah these are some beefy coilovers. I think they mainly wanted the pics to see how many boxes I received, because they wanted pics of the boxes & shipping labels as well as the parts. I don't think you'll have a problem, but I really would prefer if it all came at once. I wonder if the leafs and rear shocks are piling up in the warehouse while everything else is on backorder.

I'm in the same boat as you. Got everything but the UCA's and the boards. They told me they're getting the UCA's in June 4th. Hopefully it comes in soon.

For all you guys that are going into a fresh install I would recommend picking up some better than average grease to use for the bushes and, well everything else too.

Like the Energy Suspension’s Formula 5 stuff

    Or Super Lube Synthetic

    Or Schaeffer’s Moly Syngard 2000 (bentone-based)

Or Schaeffer’s Ultra Supreme 5% Moly (aluminum complex based)

I had squeaking issues with my bushes because I didn’t grease them up properly.
I happened to use the Formula 5 but it really doesn’t matter which grease, as long as it stays put and does the work.

If you’re already installed and have squeaking issues and are planning to re-grease stuff I would recommend these options as well.

This is also a time where moderation isn’t the best choice, apply liberally.

Did all of you order direct from Ironman or another company. I’ve heard about resellers not including everything or even the wrong parts. Just curious. Hope they get it quickly straightened out for you two missing stuff.

I ordered straight from Iron Man. I'm cool with the wait though. I'm actually more concerned how my truck will look like with the stock wheels and tires when put on.

Anyone got this lift with stock wheels and tires or 265/75/16?

Heres a pic of mine from earlier in this thread. Stock tires and wheels. I ended up pulling the front down a bit after this pic, but hopefully it'll give you an idea.

Cool looks good to me. I wanted to wear out the stock tires before getting new tires. Now I got a good idea, thank you.
