    yeah it’s definitely not a car you’d want to own if you’re not mechanically inclined. Even a DIY timing chain job will cost around $1200. I really enjoy turning wrenches though so I don’t mind the maintenance on it. It is nice that the front clip is entirely removable.

    yeah it’s not that bad with the 2.0T, only time you need to put that one into service mode is for the timing belt... but the V8 stuffed in there makes for a completely different story.
