Those have been incredibly popular and currently have a few month lead time. Best deal we have is free shipping on them.

The drop rack is a great setup and we've had some very good feedback on them as well. One thing to note, only half the of the rack drops down not both sides. Here's a picture of the drop rack on our shop Gladiator and a quick video showing it in action.

Nothing negative, no. It's a pretty solid rack and the drop feature is really nice.

The fit to the back of the cab on this is amazing but not what I am seeing on other installs. It that custom? An option?

I’m thinking I may have it installed too far forward but there’s plenty of clearance from what I can see and I haven’t had any issues, I wheel the truck fairly hard on a regular basis too. The only “issue” I’d say I have is washing between the cab and top.

I forget what thread(s?) have mentioned it, but the short bed version doesn't seem to fit as well as the long bed version. I also forget if this was fixed as I have a long bed and I didn't commit it to memory.

Nothing bad to say about fit as I have the long bed. Had some minor drips on the side slider windows but they sent me new seals ASAP which took care of the issue. Only occurs when parked with the positive pressure intake.

I’m not as far north as you but in PA they throw salt and calcium chloride on the roads like they make a dollar for every foot covered. Absolutely no issues other than the window latches let melted snow gather and when it freezes there’s an issue unlocking them. Nothing serious, just those quick temp changes. The stainless cap itself is not affected by weather. I have zero complaints other than the latches freezing. Always keep a can of de-icer in the cab.

We've been offering free shipping on everything from RSI for the last year. Starting June 10th, we will no longer be able to extend the free shipping offer. We'll start charging standard rates for the smaller accessories and LTL freight charges for the caps themselves. If you're wanting to get a cap on order or even one of their large accessories, now is the time to do it! We're still taking $100 reservation deposits to secure your place in line and secure free shipping. The $100 is applied to the remaining balance and is fully refundable should you change your mind.

    Current Gen3 Estimated Lead Times:

@OffroadAlliance.com how much could I expect for shipping costs to 85006 after the 10th for an EVOa?

Residential or commercial with forklift and/or loading dock? It will vary, best estimate $195 to $295.

If anyone else is interested in a super low profile rack option. Bolting 8020 aluminum extrusion directly to the rails works really well. These are custom cut and anodized black(3075-Black-FB cut to 42.5"). It was about $150.

Just got an early edition (Stickers take up the whole side and back) SmartCap via Craigslist. Really happy with the fit and finish. Ran it through the carwash with minimal prep and only leakage appears to be from the front of the bed, which I haven't had a chance to work on sealing yet. Really happy with the look, and design. This is my first hard topper of any sort, so I don't have much to compare to. This thread has been very helpful and hopefully I can start contributing also!
