South Carolina BS thread under new MANAGEMENT and lives in SC

So I bought a pitboss pellet grill.. I bought it at Lowe's.. it was a pro series .. I wanted to be one of the cool guys so figured I'd start learning how to smoke

 

ik people trash on jeeps, but honestly, I love mine. I really cant complain aboit either vehicle.

 

And im a toyota guy. im supposed to despise jeeps.

get the pitboss competition blend of pellets too. Mine has never failed me, it has put out some good Q.

 

apparently the steering rack bushings aren’t that great from whiteline. I’ve seen a lot of people make their own solid spacers. Apparently anything else is gonna make the rack flex too much.

 

I was planning on it but Lowes was running a special of free assembly and delivery.. but now it's not coming until Wednesday.

that's what I ended up getting.. I'm excited to cook other things than just cheeseburgers

 

Kinda fixed

 

Pork butts, picnic pork, chuck roasts, those are all pretty easy and forgiving to smoke to get you in the groove and also make good confidence boosters.

 

Cooked two pounds of shrimp in a homemade tomato basil (and a bunch of other crap) sauce tonight. Seriously tasty... But now my whole house smells like shrimp. I love it, but I also want to spray the shit out of some Lysol.

Yep, check the URE thread for pics. My hover mod is still in progress so I didn't make it for wheeling. But jumped in the Rover to bring tools.

 

Weird. I just saw a Ford mustang SUV.
Would have never guessed it as so except for the large chrome pony on the rear of it.
