Voodoo Blue thread, Let's see yours!

Odd that there's always so much variation between regions, TRD OR access cabs don't have alternative tech packages up here, no sunroof, no premium tech and no LED headlights. You get TSS and that's it. I have chrome emblems and the gunmetal grill and black surround but bumper caps are colour keyed.

 

My 2010 windshield held up for several years out here with a minor chip. Is the glass known to be softer on these 21s?

 

I can't confirm it, but I do think the glass is thinner than it used to be. Seems like it gets chipped and pitted really bad. My 21 with 5600 miles on it is already in need of a replacement. My wife's 2021 T4R is on its second windshield since January. My older vehicles didn't chip nearly as bad as these newer ones.

 

Lucky, I wanted the color keyed rear bumper, but unless I got the upgraded tech with sunroof I wasn't able to get the color match. Oh well. I have all the conveniences I want and nothing I don't need. It's a game changer having no sunroof. So much more head room. I had a sunroof on my 16 and couldn't wear a ball cap in the truck, it would always catch the edge of the opening.

 

I had a sunroof in my already tiny 2014 Honda Civic coupe and I swear if I'd gotten into even the slightest head on collision I would've been scalped.

Az also but no issues with windshields on taco. My Jeep’s, vw’s etc yea but so far 0 on this truck. Victor on az Tacoma fb page does awesome mobile tint for a good price also.

 

I ended up getting 70% ceramic tint on the windshield and it was 100% worth it since it’s been 115 all week!

 

Nice! I’ve been waiting, I was going to have him do ceramic windshield but he told me just wait until I get a chip/crack then can just have it done for free with the replacement. Guy on a board knew someone that does that

Looks great, pretty close but is it just me or is it a lot more of a warm blue, ie purple? That's what I see when I look at shadows and highlights in his first day wrapping photos. I looked into it too and it looks like Avery does two different blues, blue gloss and intense blue gloss. Intense blue looks more Voodoo than this.

My '21 AC MT. Nice to see it's not as rare a combination as I thought. Took 6 months to get, but am already adding/changing things.

 

Well after 16 years I sold my 06 and got a 21 Voodoo...can't be happier!

 

Just picked up my 4th 3rd gen Tacoma. Love the color!

 

I’m curious what does the Limited include above the standard Tacoma?

 

What's up with those external door handles, are they aftermarket? They look sick.

Honestly that's the most tasteful (least chrome) Limited I've ever seen.

 

Very nice. If I can't get my access cab TRD Off-road in cement and voodoo is still offered on the 2022, I could switch to it.

 

That new electric lime color, and lunar rock both do it for me too.

Toyota needs to stop making so many boss colors...
