    When you delete the stock exhaust manifolds and stock ypipe... You need minimum 2 mufflers to compensate for deleting all 4 cats

    That makes sense. I’m gonna double check that the noise is stemming from the collector but from wha I can tell it is. I’ll climb under there later or tomorrow. Then I’ll order 2 of the vibrant ultra quite resonators.

    Through process of elimination I determined that the 50mm double idler was causing weird pulsating noises at sub 1k rpm engine speeds. Not really sure why but slapped the OEM pulley on the roush tensioner and the weird noises went away.

    I guess that I should’ve mentioned that I’m running the original tensioner pulley. I never fell for the ole double idler. ;)

    I wonder if you got a bad bearing.

    I would had went with some cams actually, but A. The truck budget for cams sailed a while ago and B. The work required for cams is ridiculous, more than I am willing to do, especially now more than before.

    Shit bolted onto other shit, and junk.
    Really far behind on the posts been rebuilding 1st gen spindles, prepping for retirement, getting wife started into cancer treatment cycles, getting house up for sale, other random shyt. Not particularly in that order, but sadly my roost y-pipe lays idle still. I do intend on using just the dodge kegorator since I will have all four cats gone and only the hi flow cat welded in from roost along with a one resonator. I did not plan on adding more. Is that now a failed plan?
